There's no fake urgency in how I communicate. If waiting is the right call for you, I'll say so.
Every listing gets a full marketing plan — professional photography, targeted exposure, and buyer-specific outreach, not just an MLS entry.
Land, waterfront, probate, and investment properties each require a different process, and I treat them that way instead of using one approach for everything.
